And enjoy the quaint town of Anaconda just outside the hostel.

Unless you rented a private room, you have rented one (1) bed for the night in a dormitory style room. There may be up to 4 people in your room.
When you make your reservation, we will charge your credit card and mark it as a confirmed reservation. Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival.
Unless we have had other communications, the reservation will no longer be guaranteed after 10 p.m. of the first day if you have not yet checked in, and the room may be reassigned. You will still be charged the amount of your stay.
To minimize disruption to checked in guests hanging out in the building, reservations close daily at 7 p.m. daily. Book early.
PPH is a short-term boutique accommodation designed to support people who value adventure, affordability and community. Stays are limited to 7 nights per guest. Other arrangements can be made on a case-by-case basis; however, stays longer than 7 days will require a private room rental.

Life happens. We get that. Reservations on bed and private-room confirmations are fully refundable 3 days prior to the check-in date, less a $5 fee to pay transaction costs.
Reservations on full-facility rentals are fully refundable 30-days prior to the reservation date, less a $150 cancellation fee.

Pet Policy
Please contact us directly for a copy of a pet policy. We only allow dogs on a case by case basis. They must be preapproved, our private pet room must be available for your use, and a fee applies.
Smoking Policy
If you smoke or vape please find another facility; we cannot accommodate you.Alcohol Policy
You are welcome to bring your own beverage and enjoy in moderation the property. We maintain a quiet time policy of 10 PM - 7 AM on the sleeping hall. No illicit drugs are allowed on or used on the facility. Guests, inebriated by any means, will be asked to leave.
ADA Policy
Pintler's Portal Hostel is ADA Compliant, offering one accessible parking spot, one guest room with a single or twin bunk depending on your preference, and an accessible bathroom and shower. Unfortunately, our lounge area is located downstairs to which there is not wheelchair access.
Children
We adore your children - and our own! However, Pintler's Portal Hostel is designed for traveling adults. We can accommodate children under 18 if you rent the entire room in which you will be staying, and as long as there is one bed for each individual in the room (no one sleeping on the floor and no sleeping double). Should you want to make such a reservation, please confirm with PPH. -
Parking Policy
Parking in front of our building features an ADA and several loading/unloading spots. There is ample street and public parking on adjacent streets, and we have paid parking available. Please respect our neighboring businesses, and do not park in their parking spaces at any time.
